It’s now 2012 and Astuto Lawyers is back in full swing after a 2 week break.
In 2011, we helped numerous start up businesses get off the ground. We provided practical legal and strategic advice on how to manage their human resources. We advised on and put in place their corporate structure. We provided the comfort of enabling them to provide services to their customers under the protection of clear terms and conditions. We helped them to protect their intellectual property. In summary, we helped them lay their framework for growth.
We’ve always been passionate about assisting small business and particularly, seeing start ups turn into thriving businesses. We believe that small business is the engine room of the Australian economy and we can’t wait to hear about the small business success stories that 2012 may bring.
